Penn State’s Zain Retherford earned All-America honors for the second time last season when he captured the 149-pound title at the NCAA Championships, completing a 34-0 season. He takes an 67-3 career record into his junior season with the Nittany Lions. Trackwrestling’s Andy Hamilton recently caught up with Retherford. “

OTM357: Young Guns coach Jody Strittmatter goes On The Mat | Mat Talk Podcast Network

“This week’s edition of “On the Mat” is Wednesday, October 5 with Jody Strittmatter, the head coach of the powerful and successful Pennsylvania wrestling club, Young Guns. Strittmatter was a two-time Division I All-American at Iowa, finishing third in 2000 and second in 2001. Prior to coming to Iowa, he was a two-time Division II champion at Pitt-Johnstown.”

Royal Purple News : Former coach files lawsuit

“Fader, now employed as the head wrestling coach at the  University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, is now suing Telfer and athletic director Amy Edmonds for wrongful termination and defamation. Paperwork was filed on July 27 of this year.”
